We've been clearing the land in our field to enable us to access the sheds we need to rebuild for our off-grid project and yesterday afternoon I was wondering what we'd have for pudding, as the fruit I'd bought to make crumble with had been eaten. Then I cleared the tall nettles and brambles from around a tree and found this little big treasure hiding behind it:















Rhubarb crumble! Perfect.
